Payment Terms:
To pay via Bank Transfer please email events@centreforaviation.com.
Payment via bank transfer will incur a AUD30 transfer & admin fee.
Kindly note: invoices will not be issued for bank transfers within 10 days prior to event commencement.

*Corporate Travel Buyer delegate passes
Corporate Travel Buyer passes are strictly made available to full time travel buyers/procurement/category leads at corporations. They may not be used by suppliers, consultants, advisors, TMCs or any other non buy-side professionals. Corporate Travel Buyer delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications.

** CTC Connects: 1:1 Meeting System
Delegates are granted access to one-on-one, pre-scheduled meetings. Available Corporate Travel Buyers and meeting times will be circulated to those who purchase a Delegate Pass with 1:1 Meetings prior to the event start date. Delegates can then select their preferences to maximise their time at the event.

CAPA will endeavour to arrange the meetings, but meetings (including attendee and/or times) are not guaranteed. In the event that a meeting is cancelled for whatever reason, CAPA will endeavour to find a replacement meeting for the cancelled meeting but CAPA is under no obligation to do so.

Media delegate passes include access to the summit day sessions only. Registrations may incur a cost. Media delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the media delegate passes. All registered Media Delegates must reference "Corporate Travel Community", "CAPA - Centre for Aviation" and/or "CTC-CAPA Corporate Travel Gathering - Australia" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.

Delegates are entitled to conference refreshments and lunch, the networking drinks and full conference sessions.
Your conference ticket does not cover costs associated with travel to/in Sydney. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organised by the attendee.
